Rennes opens Sturm's European home programme

Sturm host Rennes on 16 September, Marseille on 22 October, Celje on 5 November and OFI on 21 January. The club's official schedule separates Europa League rounds from Austrian Bundesliga and cup fixtures.

Rennes's visit is a Wednesday fixture. Reading the date is more reliable than assuming every Sturm European game falls on a Thursday, especially around the opening round.

Four away opponents and no December home game

Bournemouth is the first trip

Sturm visit Bournemouth on 15 October, Hoffenheim on 26 November and AZ on 10 December. Dinamo Zagreb host the final league-phase match on 28 January.

Sturm's December fixture is away at AZ. January then pairs OFI at home with Dinamo Zagreb away one week later.
