Milan's eight European opponents

Milan's opening league-phase fixture is at home to Benfica on 16 September. The October programme then takes the Rossoneri away twice in a week: Salzburg on 15 October and Bournemouth on 22 October. That makes the home meeting with Ferencváros on 5 November the first European return to Milan after the opener.

The club's draw announcement separates the four home opponents from the four away opponents. Benfica, Ferencváros, Sunderland and Ararat-Armenia visit Milan; Olympiacos, Salzburg, Bournemouth and Levski Sofia host the Rossoneri. These are eight different opponents, so a trip to Bournemouth does not imply a return fixture in Milan during this phase.

Four league-phase home games

Milan's Euro Pack announcement covers Benfica on 16 September, Ferencváros on 5 November, Sunderland on 10 December and Ararat-Armenia on 28 January. These are the four San Siro league-phase dates; the away matches require separate arrangements.

The announced opening sale ran from 1 to 3 September and required a valid CRN card, with one pack per card. That window has ended. For a single match or a later sale, follow Milan's ticketing updates rather than treating the original announcement as a promise of available seats.

Milan's UEFA Cup and Europa League record

Milan reached the Europa League quarter-finals in 2023/24 and the round of 16 in 2020/21. The longer competition record also includes UEFA Cup semi-finals in 2001/02 and 1971/72. Those runs give a more useful comparison for this campaign than Milan's separate European Cup and Champions League honours.
